John D. Putnam, Senior Pastor

In January 2006 Pastor Putnam came to Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin to pastor First Pentecostal Church, which later became The Pentecostals of Sheboygan County.

Pastor Putnam was born in Barberton, Ohio, yet lived in multiple locations as he grew up, including five years in Stuttgart, Germany. After graduating from Indiana Bible College, he married Michelle Hedges and they have three boys. Pastor Putnam served for seven years as Associate Pastor with a special focus on Youth Ministry at The Potter’s House, UPCI in Monroe, Wisconsin and served the Green County Sheriff Department as Chaplain.

Currently, Pastor Putnam serves as the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department Patrol Chaplain, the Lead Chaplain for the Wisconsin Department of Justice, a Wisconsin State Patrol Chaplain, a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Chaplain, a United States Secret Service Chaplain, and the Wisconsin Area Director for the International Conference of Police Chaplains.  He also serves on the board of directors for Family Services of Sheboygan(Consumer Credit Counseling).

Eric R. Holmgren, Assistant Pastor

At a young age, Pastor Eric and his family moved to Polk County, Wisconsin where he lived most of his childhood. After high school, he went to Bible College and was involved in several ministries such as Acts 29 Street Evangelism, Big Brother, Student Council, Sunday School, Radio Broadcasting, Timber Bay House for Boys, and Inner City Evangelism.

In 1991, Pastor Eric came to Sheboygan County and worked various jobs while attending the Apostolic Bible Church in Sheboygan, WI. In 1994, he married Deana Kielcheski and they had four beautiful children. At ABC, he was involved as the Youth Leader, Sunday School Director, Men’s Ministry, Music Ministry, and the Trustee Board. In 2008, ABC joined with the First Pentecostal Church and became the Pentecostals of Sheboygan County.

In July of 2010, Pastor Eric completed his Associates Diploma in Apostolic Ministerial Studies from Purpose Institute and in 2015, he became a Certified Life Coach.

Pastor Eric and his family have been ministering as the Assistant Pastor, Music Ministry, Sunday School, Men’s Ministry, Outreach Teams, Marriage & Family Coaching, Institutional Ministries, and Campus Pastor for Pentecostals of New Holstein.

Robert Bieszk, Associate Pastor

Pastor Bob has been in the Sheboygan County area for the last 14 years. He grew up in Milwaukee and as a teenager, was invited to Parkway Apostolic church in Oak Creek, which changed his life forever. He is married to Cathy, has three grown children and one grandchild. Bob has attended Purpose Institute for theology. He is in charge of training and people development here at POSC including; teaching the LIFE class, Director of Christian Intervention Program (CIP), and leadership training.
